1. Scope
These terms apply to every transport booking made with Booking Taxi Belgium (company/VAT number BE 0727.940.656, Kouterveldstraat 10A, 1831 Machelen (Diegem), Belgium) through www.booking-taxi.be, by phone or via WhatsApp.
2. Booking
A booking is final once Booking Taxi Belgium has sent its confirmation. The customer provides accurate information: addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, and any child seats needed.
3. Price
The price confirmed at booking is a fixed price including VAT. It does not change because of traffic or flight delays. It may be adjusted if the customer changes the trip (extra stop or address, extra passengers or luggage, requested detour).
4. Payment
Depending on the option chosen at booking, payment is made online by card via SumUp, by bank transfer, or directly to the driver.
5. Cancellation and changes
Cancellations and changes must be sent by phone, WhatsApp or email. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before departure, or if the customer does not show up, the fare may be charged. Refundable amounts paid online are returned to the same payment method within 14 days.
6. Waiting time
For airport arrivals, the flight is tracked and the driver waits at no extra cost if the flight is delayed. For other pick-ups, 15 minutes of waiting are included; after that, a waiting charge may apply, after informing the customer.
7. Passengers and luggage
The number of passengers and pieces of luggage may not exceed what was stated at booking. Child seats must be requested when booking. The driver may refuse any transport that is unsafe or unlawful.
8. Liability
Booking Taxi Belgium does its best to keep to the agreed times. It cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure (exceptional traffic, accidents, severe weather, road closures) or for a missed flight when the pick-up time chosen by the customer was too short.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Complaints can be sent to hassantissus@gmail.com. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to consumer rights.
