Before your taxi booking
For a taxi booking you need the pick-up address, destination, date and time, and the number of passengers and bags. For a flight, add the flight number. Ideally book 24 hours ahead; for the same day, call us. The book an airport taxi page explains each step.
Prices and payment
The price is fixed before you book and does not change with traffic or flight delays. It depends on distance, vehicle and extras. Details are on our airport taxi price page.
On the day of departure
Your driver arrives at the agreed time at your address. At Zaventem, you are dropped at departures. We recommend arriving two hours before a European flight and three hours before a long-haul flight; check your airline’s rules and the official Brussels Airport website.
When your flight lands

Luggage, children and groups
Normal luggage is included. Child seats are available on request. Our vans take up to 8 passengers; beyond that we coordinate several vehicles.
Taxi booking for companies

What to prepare
Simply have your exact address ready, with house number, flat number and any access code, plus a phone number we can reach on the day. Your driver can then let you know when they arrive and avoid any unnecessary waiting. For a flight, add your flight number: we use it to adjust the time if the plane is early or late.
